JOB OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic team at a high-energy bar that offers a fun atmosphere, great tips, and the opportunity to work alongside a talented staff! While experience is a plus, we value a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for craft beers and cocktails. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, beers, and other alcoholic drinks, using various ingredients like liquor, bitters, sodas, fruit, and garnishes.
• Customer Service: Take orders from customers or wait staff, serving drinks promptly and satisfying customer requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Guest Interaction: Recommend drinks based on customer preferences, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
• Cash Handling: Collect money for drinks served and provide accurate change, balancing cash receipts at the end of your shift.
• Inventory & Stocking: Maintain a well-stocked bar with liquor, mixers, ice, and other necessary supplies; regularly check stock levels and restock as needed.
• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Keep the bar area and tables clean and organized, ensuring a sanitary environment in line with food and beverage regulations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all local food and beverage regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bartending Experience: Prior training or experience in bartending is beneficial.
• Drink Knowledge: Strong understanding of drink mixing, garnishing, and craft beverages, especially beer and cocktails.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to interact with customers, colleagues, and wait staff effectively.
• Positive Attitude & Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor that makes customers feel welcomed.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple orders and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to Detail & Organization: Ability to stay organized while maintaining high-quality service.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and work efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to address and resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer literacy for order processing and register functions.
