About the Role :

Join our dynamic team at Generations Dental Care as a Dental Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued patients. We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the patient calendar to optimize clinic flow.
  • Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere for both patients and staff.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients.
  • Proficient in dental software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independantly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
  • Being coachable with a willingness to learn and progress.
