Technical Program Manager III

Job Summary

• Support Databricks mission to empower data teams with world-class data and AI infrastructure.
• Work within the Information Technology (IT) organization which is product-led and focused on transforming internal operations and scaling IT services.
• Manage multiple technical programs projects or stakeholder relationships ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop implement and improve IT applications and services.
• Utilize program management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet) to plan track and communicate project progress.
• Apply best practices from Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders modulating presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Continuously learn and understand the business domain technology stack and operational processes to drive effective project execution.
• Leverage knowledge in cloud services application hosting and operational practices to inform technical planning and decision-making.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and agile methodologies (Scrum master / Analyst role) is a plus.
