JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor with advanced editing abilities and a strong background in working with established creators. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube content strategy along with storytelling and audience engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Edit long form YouTube videos to the highest standard.
• Create 3D animations and motion graphics.
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Writers, and on-camera talent.
• Maintain consistency across projects (branding, graphics, audio quality, pacing).
• Optimize edits for audience retention and CTR.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality videos under tight deadlines.
• Stay up to date on editing trends, YouTube algorithms, and viral video formats to keep content competitive.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-24.50 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
