Salary Range : $250,000-$350,000+ (includes productivity / bonuses; subject to department / division compensation plans)

• Full support staff with dedicated RN / MA, exam rooms and office space
• Board Certification required within 2 years of employment
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
