Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our team! This position will entail working with clients in private schools in Lake County, primarily Umatilla, with opportunities in Mount Dora and Tavares as well. In this role, you will manage cases, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and maintain regular communication with our administrative team. As we expand, additional leadership and director roles will prioritize current employees. Responsibilities:

• Conduct intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client
• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions
• Provide regular supervision and support to RBTs
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and facility ethics

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, behavior analysis or a related field
• Current, unrestricted BACB certification as a BCBA or BCaBA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
