The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Here, your work directly supports the store mission to be the guest favorite through successfully developing and communicating the processes for operations, style and experience, new structures, new operating models and new technology, and utilizing workforce management activities for our 1,800 locations nationwide. Store Operations manages and enhances the informational resources for researching and resolving operational issues, while guiding and communicating with the field team and leaders who use them. As a Lead Field Implementation Business Partner (FIBP) within Store Operations, you will play a pivotal role in bringing new stores to life while contributing to a broader team focused on all building change including new stores, remodels, and special projects. In this role, you will influence outcomes across markets, guide store teams through the opening journey, and help shape the future of new store processes through continuous improvement.
