[job_card.job_description]Perform adult cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and arterial revascularization using internal mammary, radial, and gastroepiploic arteries Conduct redo coronary revascularization with or without heart valve surgery Manage tube thoracostomy and pericardial window procedures Perform general thoracic surgeries including thoracotomy lung biopsy, lung resections and pneumonectomy, thoracotomy decortication, chest wall resection and reconstruction, mediastinal surgery, and mediastinotomy with biopsy Complete heart valve repair and replacement surgeries, including CoreValve system and mitral valve repair Must hold an active Indiana medical license Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery required Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required Experience with adult patient populations necessary Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
