Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT, or a related technical field
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products quickly
Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
Collaborative mindset with experience working across various teams
Familiarity with ticketing tools and basic SQL queries is a plus
