Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma and other CI projects from conception to completion.
• Train coach and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles tools and methodologies.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks using data-driven approaches.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI efforts.
• Drive cultural transformation to embed a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across various manufacturing lines or sites.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.
