Our client's unprecedented growth and the acquisition of new presses have opened up opportunities for experienced Production Supervisor for Flexible Packaging at our Nashville area facility. Their commitment to quality and delivery has made our client a renowned provider of high-quality bags and other flexible packaging solutions.

Your Role

As a Production Supervisor for Flexible Packaging , your primary responsibility will be to direct and coordinate personnel activities in production, utilizing knowledge of flexo technology and presses including W & H Novaflex, Comexi, or KYMC flexo press to produce bags, food packaging, and sleeves. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation and procedures and monitor quality, production and waste in printing bags, food packaging, and sleeves efficiently and effectively
  • Adherence to the production schedule ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain goals of machine productions, quality waste, plant safety and cleanliness.
  • Work Tuesday - Friday from 6pm-6am.

Requirements for the Production Supervisor for Flexible Packaging role

  • Target experience is 5 to 7 years' experience in leading or supervising wide web flexo press.
  • A proven track record in the flexo industry.
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, multitasking environment.
  • Good communication skills.

  • An attractive starting annual salary of $75- $90,000, depending on experience
