The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong mechanical design leader with deep experience owning complex electromechanical or capital equipment products from concept through launch.
  • Expert in DFM / DFA, tolerance analysis, and mechanism design, able to make assemblies work the first time without iterative rework correctly.
  • Structured thinker and project driver who follows documented development processes, manages schedules, and produces traceable, high‑quality engineering documentation.
