Strong earning potential from day one with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.

Position Highlights :

Immediate Patient Volume : Current 4-6 week wait for new patients ensures a strong patient base from day one.

Practice Flexibility : No fellowship required but welcomed, with no preference on the type of urology procedures incoming physician performs.

Produce locations : Most procedures performed at local physician owned ASC. Office procedural rooms also available.

Mentorship Opportunities : Work alongside experienced physicians eager to support and mentor new providers.

Optional Call : Take paid ER call if desired to help build your practice.

Compensation and Benefits :

First-Year Guarantee : Competitive salary based on MGMA data.

Exceptional Earning Potential : Expect to make $1.2+ million between years 2-3, with a 6-month ramp-up period in year one.

Partnership Opportunities : Ownership / partnership in the clinic, ASC, and surgical hospital available after the first year, with no buy-in or overhead required for the clinic.

Signing Bonus and Relocation Assistance : $50,000 signing bonus and $15,000 relocation allowance
