The NMCI / Flank Speed Support Technician delivers customer-focused technical support services for NMCI, Flank Speed (M365), and associated end-user devices. Responsibilities include provisioning NMCI seats, processing MAC requests, configuring hardware / software, providing workstation troubleshooting, supporting laptop imaging, enabling remote access, and maintaining asset inventories.
Technicians ensure adherence to Navy cybersecurity requirements, assist users with account access issues, perform ticket management, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support. The role requires hands-on assistance for government personnel, including local equipment troubleshooting beyond standard Help Desk capabilities.
