Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist responsible for initiating the credentialing process for family caregivers and ensuring timely documentation for service activation.

Key Responsibilities

Contact incoming families to begin the credentialing process and verify eligibility requirements

Manage the documentation retrieval process to activate families into the program efficiently

Foster relationships with referral agencies and PCP offices to enhance communication and streamline referrals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare environment

Experience with data integrity in a regulated environment

Proficient in MS Office and capable of working across multiple systems

Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote environment

Bilingual skills are a plus
