StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : As soon as possible - ongoing, Monday - Friday 8a-4 : 30p

Practice Setting : Clinic and Procedures

Types of Cases : standard urology cases

Credentialing Timeframe : 75-90 days, 60 days if active state license

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

Certifications Required : Must be board certified

Licensure Required : active Minnesota license or active Interstate Medical License Compact
