California Senior Reuse Manager

A company is looking for a Reuse & Refill Senior Manager in California.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of implementation specialists

Conduct landscape assessments to identify opportunities for closed-loop and open-loop environments

Implement a five-year roadmap to achieve reuse / refill targets and administer local funding / grant programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of experience in recycling, reuse / refill, sustainability, or related fields

Experience with reusable food service ware and reverse logistics preferred

State or local government experience preferred

Experience in partnership-building and collaboration across sectors
