Wedding & Private Events Coordinator

The Wedding & Private Events Coordinator is primarily involved in the coordination and animation of private events (weddings, corporate groups, social groups, etc.), while providing support to the sales team as needed. The Private Events Coordinator works with internal and external contacts to deliver on event needs, including food and beverage, lodging, A / V equipment, activities, and set up.

Specific Job Requirements :

• Organized, self-motivated, reliable, and multi-task oriented
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Must enjoy delivering great customer service
• Must be able to navigate stressful situations with diplomacy and tact
• Be available for a varied work schedule and additional time as workload dictates
• Be available to work on-site at the resort
• Proper Health and Alcohol certifications required within 30 days of employment
• IT and A / V equipment knowledge and skills preferred
• Previous travel, hospitality, or ski industry experience required
• Previous event experience required
• Intermediate ski or snowboard ability preferred, and valid driver's license required
