[job_card.job_description]This is a contract position with potential to hire permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs 32–40 hours per week , including every other weekend Some major holidays required Position may require floating to nearby clinic locations Required availability will follow clinic operating hours Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB placements, etc.) Obtain and record vital signs Provide emergency care in collaboration with the onsite provider during urgent situations Complete patient registration, intake, and checkout Assist with patient flow, waiting room management, and patient outreach calls Support appointment scheduling and serve as a chaperone for sensitive exams Prepare the clinic environment to ensure a positive patient experience Contribute to a mission of patient-focused, high-quality care Active, unrestricted LPN license in the U.S. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR + AED) At least 1 year of healthcare experience Experience administering immunizations and providing evidence-based vaccine education Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EPIC preferred) Ability to take vital signs High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings

Urgent Care LPN Compensation
- The pay for this position is $37.17 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
