Urgent Care LPN Compensation
- The pay for this position is $37.17 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Urgent Care LPN Highlights

Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB placements, etc.)Obtain and record vital signsProvide emergency care in collaboration with the onsite provider during urgent situationsComplete patient registration, intake, and checkoutAssist with patient flow, waiting room management, and patient outreach callsSupport appointment scheduling and serve as a chaperone for sensitive examsPrepare the clinic environment to ensure a positive patient experienceContribute to a mission of patient-focused, high-quality careUrgent Care LPN Requirements
Active, unrestricted LPN license in the U.S.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR + AED)At least 1 year of healthcare experienceExperience administering immunizations and providing evidence-based vaccine educationExperience using an Electronic Medical Record (EPIC preferred)Ability to take vital signsHigh School Diploma or GEDAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings
