[job_card.job_description]Monday–Friday, hybrid : 4 days on-site, 1 day remote Flexible scheduling with autonomy Oversee 5 clinics + administrative duties Expect to drive between sites and maintain visibility 60% Administrative Leadership 40% Direct Patient Care (2–5 triage visits per week; patients seen once before referral) Lead and supervise a team of 7 Behavioral Health Clinicians and Community Health Navigators Conduct performance evaluations, manage hiring / offboarding, and support staff development Collaborate with clinic leadership on coverage, templates, and productivity targets Monitor team engagement and implement retention strategies Drive behavioral health initiatives : ED / hospital transitions, social drivers of health, integrated care innovation Partner with leadership on budgets, billing, and sustainable service models Maintain a small caseload using brief, evidence-based interventions within the PCBH model Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Psychology Active, unrestricted Oregon license 1+ year in leadership or supervisory role Mission-driven care for underserved communities Hybrid schedule with flexibility and autonomy Balanced scope : leadership + clinical practice Opportunity to shape integrated behavioral health programs
We're seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership for integrated behavioral health services across five primary care clinics in the Portland metro area. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on patient care, supporting a mission-driven nonprofit that serves approximately 45,000 patients , many covered by state insurance and living below the poverty line.

- Salary : $105,000–$130,000 (based on experience)
- Start Date : 60–90 days post-offer (due to state credentialing)
