You will be the Senior Program Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Integrated and Follow-on Programs team. Our team is responsible for executing the strategic vision for Upper Tier IAMD, driving innovation and growth through both line-of-business and corporate internal research and development, and fostering collaboration across business areas to integrate capabilities and drive program success.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for Upper Tier IAMD, driving innovation and growth through both LOB and corporate internal research and development, and fostering collaboration across business areas to integrate capabilities and drive program success.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Lead internal research and development efforts, making strategic technology investments to support the Upper Tier IAMD vision.
• Collaborate with cross-business area teams to identify and pursue integration opportunities for the THAAD Weapon System.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams to ensure new concepts are successfully transitioned to Development Programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support pursuit of new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to drive growth and expansion of Upper Tier IAMD capabilities.
