Due Diligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Due Diligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain compliance due diligence activities related to third-party anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs

Analyze and validate due diligence reports, including ownership and legal status of third parties

Provide final reports with findings and recommendations to business units and support compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a professional environment

Good working knowledge of due diligence and basic understanding of Anti-money Laundering and regulatory requirements

Experience in conducting due diligence or Know Your Customer (KYC) activities is a plus

Ability to manage multiple work-streams and ensure compliance protocols are applied correctly

Cultural awareness and sound business acumen
