Patient Access Representative

Are you passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We're looking for a skilled and friendly patient access representative to be the welcoming face of our practice and a vital part of our care team.

What You'll Do :

• Be the first point of contact-greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage patient check-ins / check-outs and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with precision.
• Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support smooth clinic operations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Rotate between front desk, phones, and back-end support for a well-rounded role.

Requirements :

This is a Contract position based out of Stonington, CT.
