Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish, is advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. We’re Looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor!
Responsibilities :
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel remain clean, organized, and well-maintained. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, verify that assigned areas meet company and industry standards, and ensure that guests receive a consistently high level of cleanliness and service.
- Ensure quality : Monitor the quality of cleaning services and conduct quality control checks
- Address complaints : Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Inspect rooms : Check guestrooms, public areas, and back of the house areas for cleanliness and maintenance
- Ensure safety : Make sure staff follow safety and hygiene protocols
Handle lost and found : Take care of lost and found items
Requirements :
Schedule : This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons, shift of 8 hours could be arranged between 6 : 00 am to 12 : 00 am, weekends required.
Work Location : Miami South Beach, FL.
Physical Demands : Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more
Work Authorization : Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
FSLA Classification : Non-exempt
