Second Shift Weekend

Friday - Sunday 6 : 00 p.m. - 6 : 30 a.m.

JOB SUMMARY

Under limited supervision designs develops and maintains test procedures tester hardware and software for production environments. Provides technical leadership for troubleshooting process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Responsibilities

• Design validate and maintain test processes fixtures and control systems to meet product and customer requirements.
• Develop and release test documentation including work instructions debug guides and preventive maintenance plans.
• Analyze test data to identify yield issues downtime drivers and opportunities for improvement; implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting complex failures and coordinate root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with calibration ESD and safety standards during all test activities.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize test coverage cycle time and cost efficiency.
