RideNow - Allen , is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Representative - Warranty Cancellations Administrator to join our Allen team!
JOB SUMMARY
Assists in the collection, processing, research and status communication of aftermarket service contracts to support the Warranty Cancellations team and RideNow dealership locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the answering of incoming email communication.
- Assist with the answering of calls to the department phone line.
- Assist processing incoming check refund calculations for pending cancellations.
- Research aging cancellation requests and work through problem resolution.
- Process all incoming cancellation requests for an assigned territory
- Meet the Cancellations team processing goal of 80% closures in 30 days
personally and group average.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of thedepartment and dealerships as a whole.
Maintains a positive working relationship with all other employees..REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Dealership experience preferred.Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and ReceivablesExcellent customer service and solid communication skills.Attention to detail and time management skills.High school diploma or equivalent.What We Offer :
