Position Details :

Location : Multiple Locations

Pay : $19 – $22 per hour + commissions & Incentives

Hours : 30 hours per week (flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead The Stretch Loft’s digital presence. If you have a passion for social media, content creation, and engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to combine strategy with wellness marketing.

As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for managing our online brand presence, increasing engagement, and driving membership sales through compelling content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

Plan and execute engagement strategies to increase followers and interaction

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Create and manage promotional campaigns to boost awareness and sales

Collaborate with in-house teams to align social media efforts with business goals

Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for maximum reach and impact

Qualifications :

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related field

Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms

Excellent communication and writing skills

Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite

Sales-minded approach with the ability to drive customer conversions

Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
