A company is looking for a Director of Product to lead a development team focused on enhancing a modular healthcare technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

Drive platform maturity with a focus on reliability, scalability, user experience, and configurability

Manage and coordinate a team of software engineers to enhance platform capabilities and meet product milestones

Collaborate with Sales Engineering to gather product requirements and ensure alignment with market demands

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on software platforms

Proven track record of managing software engineering teams and delivering complex products on schedule

Strong project management skills with the ability to drive teams toward milestones

Experience with modular or configurable platform architectures preferred

Familiarity with agile development practices
