What would this role do

the Clinical Supervisor is the lead position in guiding the professional growth of our team from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives this position will provide support guidance direction and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing services overseeing clinical programs and monitoring staff under his / her supervision.
