We’re now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our brand, amplify our voice, and put XBP Global at the center of conversations about digital transformation worldwide.

The Role

As CMO, you will be the brand architect and growth catalyst, responsible for building XBP’s global voice and demand generation engine. You will lead and manage teams across three continents, and partner closely with Sales and Product leaders to deliver measurable business impact. This is not a “support” role, this is about positioning XBP as the global category leader in workflow automation and AI.

Set the Story :

Own brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for global and regional audiences.

Lead the Charge :

Drive integrated marketing strategy across Americas, Europe, and Asia, with teams across three continents.

Go Digital First :

Build an ecosystem of AI-powered, data-driven, customer-first marketing programs.

Scale Demand :

Deliver marketing that drives measurable pipeline, conversions, and revenue.

Make Us a Thought Leader :

Build visibility for XBP Global as the leader in workflow automation and digital transformation.

Collaborate at the Core :

Partner with sales, product, and regional leaders to launch, scale, and win.

Build Talent :

Mentor and grow a marketing organization known for creativity, speed, and impact.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success as a CMO or senior marketing leader in global B2B technology / services.

Deep expertise in demand generation, brand building, and digital marketing.

Ability to connect strategy to execution, with measurable business impact.

Experience leading multicultural teams across geographies.

A storyteller mindset with the ability to simplify complexity into compelling messaging.
