A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will take ownership of the HRIS platform and manage various HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Super Admin for Rippling, configuring and maintaining the system
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience with Rippling, specifically in Performance and Compensation modules
5+ years of HR experience with a mix of Generalist / Operations and Business Partnering roles
Tactical mindset with a willingness to handle administrative tasks
Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws
