Responsibilities

Client Assistance : Work closely with clients to understand their health insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.

Premium Evaluation : Review insurance plans to ensure they align with clients' budget and coverage requirements.

Policy Management : Oversee the administrative aspects of health insurance policies, including claims processing and renewal coordination.

Customer Satisfaction : Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

Product Education : Educate clients on various health insurance options, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Health & Life Insurance License in New Jersey

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, account management, or health insurance is a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail to accurately review policies, documentation, and client information.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism : Maintain a professional demeanor, display empathy, and provide top-tier service to clients.
