Salary : $75k-$85k BOE

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Fort Mill, South Carolina! Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is currently offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Carolinas. BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes and / or within one of our clinical office locations.

All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification.

Responsibilities Include :

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills
• Monitoring and tracking patient progress through data collection and analysis
• Collaborating with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records
