Seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join the Hardware Manufacturing Team . In this role, you will support the production of medical instruments by performing assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role supports products used by hospitals and laboratories, directly contributing to patient health and safety.

The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment and follows established procedures to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , work instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Execute daily production plans to meet on-time delivery and quality standards
• Perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of hardware components with supervision
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and escalate as necessary
• Maintain accurate production records, training documentation, and paperwork
• Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing) to resolve issues
• Identify and recommend process and quality improvements related to production methods, equipment performance, and efficiency
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Daily Management practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Train new team members on equipment operation and work procedures as required
