Must-Have :

Candidates must have experience as a circulator and as a scrub nurse.

Candidates must be patient advocates while being a resource for the sterile field.

Description :

Looking for travel RNs in the Operating Room.

The position involves working three twelve-hour shifts over the weekend.

There is no call except for potential holiday call while on assignment.

Candidates must have experience in Orthopedics, Total Joints, Neuro, and Robotics.

The unit has a total of 11 operating rooms.

Patient ratios are expected to be 1 : 1.

The team consists of an average of 8 RNs, 8 scrub techs, and 5 surgical support techs during the day shift.

Night shift includes one charge RN and one scrub tech in-house with call team backup.

The type of equipment includes a variety of operating room beds and equipment.

The electronic medical record system used is Epic.

The best-fit candidates will have a positive outlook and willingness to work collaboratively with team members.

This role is focused on total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and various robotic cases.

Very few ENT, dental, eyes, or plastic surgeries are performed in this unit.
