Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Description :
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports for investors and creditors
- Review financial statements for general ledger accounts
- File Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Sales
- Prepare Daily Cash Report
- Review tenant leases and prepare Lease Abstracts
- Setup new tenants and properties in Yardi accounting program and maintain rent rolls
