Position : Java Technical Lead (Banking Domain Experienced)

As a Java Technical Lead you will provide end-to-end technical leadership for a large-scale banking engagement owning architecture delivery and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will :

• Lead and govern enterprise Java architecture and delivery including microservices APIs cloud-native solutions and data / AI integrations.
• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for a 30 member engineering team ensuring best practices regulatory compliance and strong delivery controls.
• Design and implement highly available scalable and secure systems tailored for financial services environments.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans .
• Drive agile delivery proactively managing risks quality security and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and develop onshore and offshore team members fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Leverage emerging technologies in AI data and cloud to continuously enhance client solutions.
• Maintain robust technical documentation enforce standards and track delivery health using key metrics.
