Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the People Enablement strategy aligned with enterprise talent priorities
Lead a global Learning & Organizational Development function and implement a modern learning ecosystem
Operationalize internal mobility pathways and partner with HRBPs to create structured development pathways
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in People / HR roles with a focus on learning and organizational development
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including global or distributed teams
Proven ability to design and implement enterprise learning ecosystems and capability-building programs
Strong systems-thinking ability to connect programs, processes, and people into integrated solutions
Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills
