FOH Manager – Mira Mira Upscale Nightlife Restaurant

Mira Mira is South Beach’s newest restaurant-nightlife destination, offering elegant indoor and patio dining with curated DJs and live performers.

Elevated cuisine, bold cocktails, and a vibrant, performance-driven setting create a chic, social atmosphere where the night naturally becomes the main event.

We are seeking an experienced FOH Manager to join our opening team and lead nightly service while supporting entertainment-driven operations.

Responsibilities Lead, train, and support FOH staff Maintain exceptional hospitality and guest experience Oversee reservations, table assignments, pacing, and service flow Coordinate seamlessly during entertainment and nightlife activations Ensure ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development Support ownership in reporting and operations Help execute private events and VIP experiences Requirements 2–4 years of FOH management experience Nightlife or entertainment venue experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Growth opportunities Dining benefits PTO Powered by JazzHR
