Job Summary

We are a small team, but have served the East Bay for over 30 years with a high standard of auto repairs. We are looking for someone who has a passion for automobiles that can help us continue providing quality repairs our clientele.

As a repair technician, you will be repairing vehicles, managing multiple repair projects at once, and working closely with coworkers to ensure work is completed properly and on time. The ideal candidate has previous autobody experience, communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail to ensure repairs meet OEM specifications
• Maintain strong lines of communication between yourself and front office throughout the whole process
• Work within the guidelines as instructed
• Structural pulling, dent pulling, straightening sheet metal and replacing vehicle panels and other parts
• Experience with usage of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and welding equipment necessary for automotive repairs
• Experience with usage of collision repair material such as body fillers, fiberglass, structural adhesives, caulks, primers and sealers
• Ability to grind, block, sand, and prime repaired surfaces
• Has own tools and maintain such equipment necessary for job

Qualifications

• Previous autobody experience required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with repair guidelines desired
