Metropolitan Family Services (MFS) is searching for an Executive Director to lead their commitment to empowering individuals and families in DuPage County to reach their full potential. As a member of the Executive Team and under your strategic leadership, you will collaboratively work with and build relationships with staff within MFS as well as external stakeholders to include providers, funders, the business community and government agencies. In bringing your leadership experience to MFS, you will have an impact on elevating the successes of the MFS team and continue Metropolitan Family Service's commitment as a leader in the human / social service space. Position Summary :

The Executive Director is responsible for all management and leadership functions aimed at increasing the impact of MFS. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to include :

• Serving as both the internal and external face of MFS; the Executive Director develops and maintains relationships to strengthen MFS's overall capacity and effectiveness.
• Planning, budgeting, and the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative services.
• Oversee board development and management, revenue generation, and the stewardship of both public and private funders.
• Personnel management and the promotion of an accountable and high performing team
