The Office Specialist / Caregiver reports directly to the Owners and will be able to participate in a variety of assignments across the business, as well as filling caregiving shifts as needed.

Qualifications :
At least two years experience in healthcare or home care, working with the elderly, disabled or individuals requiring supportive services. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Knowledge of scheduling and on-call procedures (preferred)
Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, Power Point, etc)
CNA Preferred, or caregiving experience
Knowledge of scheduling software (eRSP or similar) or CRM preferred
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Well-honed time management skills
Must possess leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer service skills, and organizational skills
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs
Participate in the on-call rotation, including answering after-hours calls
Fill CareGiver shifts as needed
Assist in completing Home / Quality Assurance visits
Customer service
Incoming client inquiry calls
Assists with employee onboarding, orientation and training
Regular communication with caregivers, clients and their families
Works with Management to assist in resolution of CareGiver issues
Assists with any filing duties and a variety of other clerical duties as necessary
Types email correspondence, reports and other documents as necessary
May participate in recruiting and referral sourcing
Collects and distributes mail and messages
Inventories, orders, organizes and stores all office supplies
