StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8 Pay Rate : $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Call & Requirements : Monday - Friday, 7a-3p, 8hr daily guarantee

Supervision vs Independent : 1-2 MDs / 6 CRNAs daily

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic

Certifications required : up to 30 days

Number of Operating Rooms : 6

License Required or accepting IMLC : Indiana License required
