Key Responsibilities
Answer moderately complex questions related to hardware, software, client applications, and network administration
Escalate complex problems to resolver teams or vendors as necessary
Support L1 agents with day-to-day questions regarding client incidents and requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 1-2 years of experience in the relevant area
Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to export control regulations
