What We Are Looking For
This position provides support within learning support services at Baylor University, is responsible for providing academic guidance, developing personalized learning strategies, and fostering skills such as time management, organization, and effective study techniques for qualifying student-athletes. The ability to interact with a wide range of constituents including student-athletes, coaches and athletics staff, faculty, and campus partners is essential. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with students with learning disabilities from diverse backgrounds.
A Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant experience are required. A Master's Degree and 1 years of relevant experience are preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
