• Local Restaurants Responsibilities :
• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
• Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Qualifications :
• Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
• Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office
• NMLS is preferred
• Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed / adjustable, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation : $90,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
