Per Diem Home Health Aides (HHA)

We are currently seeking a per diem home health aides (HHA) to join our team! Per diem: $18.00-$20.00 hourly based on experience.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible to provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), light housekeeping, and/or rehabilitation activities under the direction and supervision of an LPN or registered nurse. HHAs accurately document and report changes in client status while maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, their families, and coworkers.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred

Home health aide certification from an approved NYS training program, or have successfully completed an approved training/equivalency program approved by the DOH.

Twelve hours of in-service training per year is required.

Proven ability to work in a team context and to set priorities

Proven skills in building and maintaining effective work relationships

Valid NYS driver's license and proof of auto insurance preferred
