Production Associate

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to join our team in Milpitas, CA. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting production and logistics by assembling product kits for our Biosensors, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining organized inventory and packaging workflows.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment where ideas and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly and kit preparation for Biosensor products according to company standards.
• Package, label, and organize materials for shipment and distribution.
• Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing documentation, tracking shipments, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Support inventory control and stock organization to ensure materials are ready for production and fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company procedures.
• Communicate proactively with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements or resolve issues.
• Assist with general production and fulfillment tasks as needed.
