Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation : Greet customers and consult with them to understand their vehicle issues. Clearly explain diagnostic results and recommend appropriate remanufacturing or repair services.
- Sales and Quoting : Prepare accurate and detailed service quotes, presenting options that meet customer needs and exceed sales goals.
- Job Management : Coordinate with our technical team to schedule and monitor repair jobs, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Communication : Maintain proactive and clear communication with customers throughout the entire service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Documentation : Accurately document all customer interactions, service details, and financial transactions.
- Problem-Solving : Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Technical Expertise : Maintain a strong understanding of our remanufacturing processes, product offerings, and industry advancements to provide expert advice.
Performance and Compensation
This role offers a competitive base salary plus an aggressive, performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential .
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an transmission industry, automotive repair or dealership environment.Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, particularly transmissions.Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in automotive service software and CRM systems is a plus.
