Key Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and drive marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
Develop and propose marketing plans and campaigns, including rationale and expected impact
Own campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively iterate to improve outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a SaaS, B2B, or product / service marketing environment
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from idea through execution with minimal direction
Proven experience using AI-based tools to improve marketing productivity and outcomes
Experience developing marketing plans or campaigns independently
